I agree. A lead is different per organization. To me, a lead is a lead. Then you can break down the account into a suspect, prospect or client. All of the "other" words describe the type of lead. New lead, upsell, cross sell, etc. The key is to not use a term for multiple reasons in the CRM.

Hi, thanks for the tutorial. if i want to save only 1 out of 2 attachment (i.e. pdf), how do i make the filter? i did remove the attachment name contains .docx but it still saves both files in my folder

Estoy en la tarea de crear un evento en el cual quiero tener un formulario en mi pagina web donde las personas se registrarían. luego les llegaría un correo con la confirmación de la inscripción mas un QR con el ID de esa persona que se registro. Dicho QR será usado para que en el día del evento se pueda dar de alta con el QR para saber quien es y si asistió.
